We’re building an AI notepad that helps teams get to the point faster. Now we want to build a brand people actually pay attention to in a category full of forgettable AI tools. Content is how we get there.
We’re looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of everything we say, publish and show to the world. You’ll shape how people see Granola, the stories we tell, and the community growing around our product.
This is a new function at Granola and you’ll be building it from scratch. Day to day, you’ll make things. Writing. Shooting. Editing. You will also scale your output through freelancers, agencies and eventually a team.
What you’ll do
Own Granola’s organic and social content across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, email and our blog
Turn our brand positioning into creative that feels alive everywhere our ICP hangs out
Take ideas from zero to one. Develop concepts, test scrappily and turn winners into repeatable programs
Tell our story in public. Founder stories, behind the scenes, lessons from building Granola
Partner with Growth Marketing to turn organic signal into scalable acquisition programs
Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches, narratives and in-product moments
Brief, direct and quality control freelancers and agencies to extend your output without losing the Granola voice
Your background looks something like
You have created standout content for B2B or product-led tech brands
You have hands-on creative experience as a designer, videographer, writer, editor or similar
You have owned channels end to end. Idea to script or asset. Publish. Learn. Iterate
You understand distribution. What works natively on LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube and why
You have partnered closely with performance and product marketing teams to make their work sharper, more impactful and more effective
